Forget Asking For Your Money Back!

My fiance is in jail for 60 days and I set up the evercom phone thing for us. Then they tell me he has to help set it up from in there. He is only in there for 60 days and he has been moved twice already so I am not sure how he on the inside is suppose to tell the jail system he has the evercom system when he only has a few weeks left.
I then ask for my money back. When I have not used any of the minutes, they agure with me then after I curse at them and get a superviser they agree to give me the 50 dollars back. So since I hadn't used the service they said that I couldn't get that service charge back. That is F***ing messed up! After I then use some more bad launage with these people they finally agreed to return the dang service charge. Then 3 weeks later I still have NOT received my money back. I was talked out of 57 dollars for something I didn't even use. Its rediculous!
DON'T USE THIS SYSTEM!
